Strawberry Preserve Tea (1)

After reading Tiffany’s post on strawberry preserve tea, I tried making a cup of it too.

This is a loose translation of the method in accordance to Tiffany:
1) Prepare a lovely cup and teaspoon (I guess Tiffany feels that cutie utensils do help in improving the taste^^).
2) Using a good quality teabag, prepare a cup of tea and add in a big teaspoon of the preserve that you like.
3) Keep stirring until the preserve dissolves completely.
4) Tasting time. If you feel that the taste is not strong enough, do add in more preserve.

In order not to spoil the original taste of the preserve, I did not add it to a very hot cup of tea. Instead, I had it warm. But the taste of the tea is still pretty good. 😀

以下是根據小魔女的沖泡法﹕
首先﹐準備可愛的杯子和茶匙(小魔女應該是覺得這樣比較有feel吧^^)
還有品質不錯的紅茶包
紅茶溫度約80
果醬放入一大匙
試試。不夠再加一匙

其實我搞不清楚溫度約80到底要怎麼量
不過泡出來的果醬茶還真的不錯喝 😀

Strawberry Preserve Tea (2)

Coincidentally, there were some fresh strawberries available, so I sliced one and added it to my tea. Surprisingly, the smell and taste did improved a lot! Do give it a try!! 😀

說巧不巧﹐家裡剛好有新鮮的草梅
就想說乾脆加一顆進果醬茶裡好了

茶香更濃﹐口感更好了
